Antibullying and antidiscrimination strategies

OBJECTIVES

Encourage students to establish social relationships among themselves based on mutual respect, empathy and assertiveness.

Sensitize students to differentiate between conflict and violence.

Teach how to solve conflicts in a positive, non-violent way.

Encourage the development of communication skills necessary for discussion (respecting turns, expressing opinions and feelings, listening with the intention of understanding...).

To promote the conceptualization of intolerance as a problem that we can all be victims of.

Strengthen teachers' profiles for conflict prevention and conflict management if they occur.
